Conference Fees
The conference fee is:
- Registration fee for Sirem Members (before August 14, 2023): € 150,00
- Registration fee for Sirem Members (after August 14, 2023): € 200,00
- Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (before August 14, 2023): € 200,00
- Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members (after August 14, 2023): € 250,00
- Registration fee for PhD Student: € 80,00
For each presentation there must be associated at least the registration of one author, otherwise the accepted contribution will be not inserted in the program of the even nor in the book of abstract.
Ph. D. students who wish to participate as Speakers and obtain the discounted fee at 80,00 EUR must necessarily fill out, in due time, their willingness to participate in the Conference by means of this Form, declaring their status and certifying it with appropriate documentation.
After filling out the form, in order to receive discounted payment coordinates, they will necessarily have to send an email to: segreteria@sirem.org to request ad hoc rate applications, taking care to include “PhD HELMeTO2023 Fee” as the subject of the email.
Only those who have filled out this Form correctly will be provided with discounts by the SIREM Secretariat.

Sirem Members / Already Registered Users
- Registration fee for Sirem Members, social dinner included (before August 14, 2023): € 150,00
- Registration fee for Sirem Members, social dinner included (after August 14, 2023): € 200,00
Non-Sirem Members / Not Registered Users
- Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members, social dinner included (before August 14, 2023): € 200,00
- Registration fee for Non-Sirem Members, social dinner included (after August 14, 2023): € 250,00
The registration is mandatory for the accepted abstract to be inserted in the conference program and published in the book of abstracts. One registration covers at most two contributions of the same author. The registration must be done by August 14, 2023.
